TRUCKER TRAITORS

             

FMCSA IS A RACKETEERING GROUP OF THUGS WHO PLOT AGAINST TRUCKS AND HAVE NO IDEA WHAT SAFETY IS

TRUCKS DELIVER 100% OF ALL CONSUMERS GOODS (MORE THAN ONCE PER ITEM) TO AMERICA

The government allows brokers to double broker, conceil shipment data, using false addresses, failing to provide rate sheets,not pay or delay pay.

The government wants to harass the trucks out of business.

1. They claim safety and accidents but trucks are safer than ever and cause far less accidents than careless motorists.

2. The patrols have been asked to harass trucks for safety including logs, lights, brakes, air presure etc but do not check autos.

3. Truck drivers are required to rest 10 hours every 11-14 hours on duty and break for 30 minutes between 2.5 to 11 hours of driving but there are few rest stops and not enough truck stops.

4. I have never in 50+ years seen any patrol inspect an auto or check an auto driver for fatigue.

5. The reports from NTSB, DOT and FMCSA never mentions the ratio of truck accidents to at fault but are quick to state that 65

deaths a week result in truck crashes. They do not mention that automobiles are the cause of MOST of those crashes and automobiles

are in a very large part far more aggessive than is safe expecially around a loaded truck.   Trucks should have the right of way always when signaling.

6. Truck safety classes stress distance between vehicles at highway speeds is 11 plus or minus 11 seconds but automobiles and some trucks

cut in front of trucks sometimes leaving only one car length  or less at 65 miles per hour without regard to what is taking place on the road ahead.

If an accident occurs in this situation, the truck is always blamed for the reckless act of the automobile.

7. And now the FMCSA, DOT and NTSB wants to bring in the Trojan Horses from Mexico to totally put the US Truckdriver into backruptcy and out of

business by flooding the market with drivers and lowering the rate of an already deflated driver pay and carrier rate.

8. These traitor tactics are unconscionable reckless acts against the US Drivers, US Carriers and the Public who receives 100 % of all consumer good delivered by trucks, often numerous times.

9. Trucks serve the US economy and consumer but the FMCSA, DOT and FTSB is a self serving body of haters, traitors and special interest evil doers.

10. Hours of service is a joke. Waiting for loading and unloading is the major problem with hours. 10 hours and 7 days a week driving is not unsafe.

11. Shippers and Receivers should pay $100 per hour to the truck and $35 for each hour to the driver and for any portion of an hour over one hour after the truck arrives on the property, not when the shipper or receiver decides to log the driver in.

12.  Unless you have driven a truck and understand what safety is, you should not open you mouth or your pocketbook to perform racketeering against any truck.

13.  If trucks have to wait for hours to load or unload, usually at nite or early in the morning, they loose a lot of money because they only get paid when the wheels are turning.

14.  I once waited three days to get unloaded and quit that company because of it.  Now I work only for myself and never go back to any shipper or receiver who delays , my day and sometimes

leave before loading or unloading.  Shippers and receivers are more hateful to trucks than patrols, FMCSA, IFTA citites and  counties which tow trucks even if they have permission to park in a large empty parking lot at

nite.

15.  What if you went to court and the judge said you would have to wait for the 75 litigants without attorneys to be taken care of.
