SAFETY IS EXTREMELY CRITICAL TO ALL ACTIVITY ON OUR HIGHWAYS

However, radicalism towards OTR Drivers in regulations is NOT IN THE INTEREST OF SAFETY

LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL GOVERNMENT PERSONAGES HAVE CHOSEN TO VICTOMIZE OTR DRIVERS

WITHOUT ANY BASIS WHATSOEVER AND HAVE MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR OTR DRIVERS TO COMPLY WITH

MANY REGULATIONS, ESPECIALLY THE LOG BOOK.

OTR TRUCK DRIVERS (AND CARRIERS) HAVE MORE THAN ENOUGH TRAINING AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS AND ARE VERY SAFE DRIVERS

1. The same regulators are not concerned about the bully auto's which speed around trucks, cut trucks off, crowd trucks and pin trucks in

at merge points and entry/exit ramps to mention a few hostile actions.

2. Auto drivers are never stoped to inspect lights, brakes, or tired drivers.

3. The log book is counter productive, disjunctive and non-sensible altogether.

4. OTR Drivers cannot find a place to rest after 11/14 rule in logs because many states do not have enough (if any) rest stops or trucks stops to accomodate

the LOG BOOK requirements.

5. Louisiana has more truck stops than CA, or OR, or WA

6. Shippers and Receivers do not care about OTR Drivers and make them wait from 2-72 hours to load or unload without compensation or any concern about

what that does to the drivers ability to make a living let a lone the LOGBOOK requirements.

7. No Driver can deliver at 6 PM and wait hours to unload as this will destroy the next day allowance for driving legally.

8. The FMCSA, NTSB and DOT have victomized with mistruths about OTR Drivers to the point that when local, state and Fed personages stop them, they are

treated like criminals and harassed for hours. One light out in three dozen lights on a truck is reason to stop a truck, give a $500 ticket and search the truck?

These bully desk jockies and ignorant patrols are worst than Hitler and have brought civilization to the level of looters in the Middle East.

9. Detension needs to be manditory after 1 1/2 hours of arriving at a Shipper or Receiver (not when the Shipper/Receiver decides to check the driver in) at no less than $100 an hour to the truck with

30% going to the driver.

10. States need to provide adequate truck rest stops for OTR Drivers or loose their highway funding.

11. States need to be penalized for not allowing Truck Stops to be placed in needed areas in cities.

12. Many cities discriminate against trucks and will not allow them in the city and construct curbs and barriers to damage trucks which are merely delivering consumer goods requested.

13. Truck deliver 100% of all consumer goods (sometimes more than once in various stages of manufacturing or production) to consumers. Consumers like FMCSA, NTSB and DOT personages.

14. And now these anti-trucking radicals want to dilute the Drivers income and jobs with an unsafe slave market of aliens who hate Americans, are nothing more than Trojan Horses to the interests of America and will force many if not a majority of Carriers out of business because America's Standard of living of our drivers will be usurped by drivers who will live in their trucks with their families at wages far below the poverty line of wages earners in this country who have spent over 100 years in establishing a meaningful standard of living "For Americans" and an Ecomony "For Americans" and for "The United States of America". These traitor desk jockies and bullies have no idea that they are destroying the trucking industry, the US economy and the freedom and standard of living we have earned in Supporting the Consumer and America.
