I CANNOT THINK OF ANY RACKET MORE CORRUPT AND INSIDIOUS THAN THE SHELL GAME SCAM PLAYED BY VARIOUS STATES INVOLVING THE IFTA TAX ON TRUCKS EVERY TRUCK NEEDS TO BUY FUEL WHEN THEY TRAVEL IN A STATE AND THEY MAY OR MAY NOT GET FUEL EVERY TIME BUT WILL USUALLY GET FUEL AS EVENLY AS IN ANY OTHER STATE.

IT IS UNCONSCIOUNABLE THAT ANY STATE WILL WANT TO GOUGE TRUCKS FOR AN ADDITIONAL FUEL TAX ON AN INTERSTATE HIGHWAY, PAID FOR BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.

IF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT PAYS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ROADS AND BRIDGES ON AN INTERSTATE AND MOST STATE HIGHWAYS, WHY WOULD ANY STATE WANT MORE TAX FROM A TRUCK TO TRAVEL THOSE HIGHWAYS?

BECAUSE THEY ARE CORRUPT, IGNORANT AND GREEDY WITHOUT THE ABILITY TO MANAGE A STATE WITHOUT SOME SORT OF UNJUST ENRICHMENT COMING FROM SOMEWHERE.

TRUCKS DO NOT TEAR UP ROADS, ROADS TEAR UP ALL VEHICLES.

ROADS AND BRIDGES ARE NOT CONSTRUCTED VERY WELL AND THAT IS BECAUSE THE CONTRACTORS AND ENGINEERS ARE TOO BUSY SPENDING THE HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY THEY GET FOR A CONTRACT TO PAY BRIBES TO POLITITIANS WHO LOBBIED FOR THE CONSTRACT, PAYING ENGINEERS TO DESIGN IT CHEAP, USING CHEAP BARELY SUPERVISED LABOR, BRIGING INSPECTORS TO PASS ON A POORLY LAID ROAD AND JUST SLOPING MATERIAL DOWN TO COVER THE DIRT TO FOOL THE PUBLIC INTO BELIEVING THAT IT IS A SAFE HIGHWAY TO TRAVEL ON WITH KIDS AND FAMILY.

IT IS NOT.

1. THE ROADS ARE NOT GRADED WELL AND PITCH AND TOW AND JUMP UP AND DOWN.

2. THE CONCRETE USED BREAKS UP VERY QUICKLY BECAUSE IT IS SUBSTANDARD MATERIAL.

3. THE GROVES CUT IN THE ROAD ARE NOT WELL THOUGHT OUT AND CAUSE ROAD FAILURE VERY QUICKLY.

4. THE ROAD START OFF WITH WASHBOARDING RIGHT AWAY AND REALLY CAUSES THE ROAD TO FAIL AS WELL AS BILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN DAMAGE TO VEHICLES AND CARGO EACH YEAR.

5. lESS THAN 3% OF THE THE ROADS AND BRIDGES MEET ON THE SAME LEVEL AND THIS IS EXTREMELY HARMFULL TO THE VEHICLES WHICH LURCH AND JUMP OVER THE IMPACT OF HITTING A LARGE BUMP ON BOTH ENDS OF A BRIDGE NOT TO MENTION THE SAILING OF THE VEHICLE AFTER IT DIPS INTO A DISHPAN BEFORE THE BRIDGE AND IS LAUNCHED INTO THE AIR AND IF THE VEHICLE GAINS CONTROL, IT IS HAMMERED AGAINS AT THE DISHPAN AFTER THE BRIDGE.

WHAT IDIOTS WHO DESIGN THIS HAZARD.

6. THESE CORRUPT HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION TERRORISTS AND POLITITIANS SHOULD BE BROUGHT TO TRIAL, REPAY THE TAXPAYER THE TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS WASTED ON POORLY BUILT AND DANGEROUS ROADS, AND SPEND THE REST OF THEIR LIVES IN PRISON.

7. THEY ARE STILL DOING THIS DESTRUCTIVE CONSTRUCTION EVEN AFTER 60 YEARS OF PRACTICE ON INTERSTATES.

8. STATES AND THE TRUCKING INDUSTRY SPEND BILLIONS OF DOLLARS CALCULATING MILES TRAVELED BY TRUCKS IN EACH STATE, HOW MUCH FUEL WAS PURCHASED AND HOW MUCH EACH STATE SHOULD RECEIVE. IT IS A SHELL GAME BECAUSE SOME WILL GET A REFUND OF TAXES PAID IN SOME STATES AND PAY IN OTHERS.

9. BETWEEN ALL THE TRUCKS AND ALL THE STATES, IT EVENS OUT AND THE LOOSERS ARE THE TRUCKS AND THE WINNERS ARE THE EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES PAID TO MOVE THIS MONEY AROUND EACH QUARTER.

10. VERY WASTEFULL, VERY CORRUPT AND VERY UNNECESARY.
