I OWNED A CONVENIENCE STORE WITH PUMPS AND RAN A LARGE RESTAURANT AND BAR FOR YEAR AND NOW OWN A TRUCKING COMPANY. FJ at Resaca, Ga demonstates the mentality of owners towards trucks. There is no driver entrance. One has to park at the rear end of the building and walk one block or more around the building to get to the store and a shower. But cars have only feet to get to the store. Probably one of those low level owner wives who wants their friends to have convenience access to the store putting the drivers out back. Lowlifes. TA IN LIMON and OAK GROVE DO NOT HAVE AIR. And then there is Carmin at Rapid City FJ who spends most of the time on the phone, taking a break of just disappearing for long periods of time while truck drivers wait for 10, 15, or more minutes to get fuel. And then there is the absolute worst TA in the US where it like a maze to get in and out with the exit blocked. The fuel price at this mafia TA was $3.89 when I purchased fuel down the road for $2.55 per gallon. What a total criminal activity at N. Bend, WA. The manager, Primus Jackojay, has to be the dumbest idiot I have ever witnesses. Not manager material and not even qualified to be on Walmarts reject list. WHAT CRIMINAL LOWLIFES.

A Flying J lowlife at Catlettsburg, KY stated that it is just as important to take customers at the fuel desk who buy a soda and gum rather than making it convenient for truck driver to fuel pay and get back to work and who are on the clock trying to make a living and spending $400 to $1000.00 in overpriced fuel.

Why do I have to walk two blocks to get to a shower?
Why is the Commerce City TA in Colorado allowing 50 trucks to use the truck stop as a KOA for trucks to park and leave the truck unattended for many days?
Why do I have to wait for a bunch of shoppers buying junk and taking their time preventing me from getting fuel and going to work?
I quit buying fuel at most truck stops because of the gouging in diesel fuel, the service to auto traffic before truck driver policy at the desk, dangerous potholes in 99 % of TA and Petro’s, very bad food preparation and holding (sanitation) at grub areas, an one shower for 200 gallons of fuel. What crooks. I cannot call them restaurants as that denotes palatable and safe food. Your store prices are outrageous in price and stink food.
WHY CAN I GET A VERY GOOD MEAL AT RYANS OR GOLDEN CORAL WITH 10 TIMES THE ITEMS FOR $7.00 AS OPPOSED TO VOMIT FOOD AT TA AND PETRO FOR $12.00??????????????????????????/ BECAUSE THEY ARE CROOKS.
I am convinced that you are in the business to show the driver how badly you can treat them.
I used to get fuel and than may not be in the area for a while and would loose my shower. ONE shower for 50 GALLONS but still only ONE SHOWER FROR 200 GALLONS. That is real hatred TOWARDS drivers.
Diesel fuel costs about 50 cents a gallon less than to produce regular but you are in the business to take advantage of the owner operator giving large truck companies 25 to 30 cents a gallon discount. Unbelievable. WHY/ BECAUSE THEY ARE CROOKS AND DEVOTED TRUCK HATERS. One dollar a gallon more for diesal is criminal.
I can get fuel at some locations for 25 cents less than a regular truck stop but still believe that you policy towards owner operators is nothing less than the act of a traitor to the 2 millions driver of America, an act of hate.
My major complaint is your poor service not only in the store but getting work done on the truck.
Your mechanics are slow, unskilled, and unsupervised.
MANY TA'S MAKE A DRIVER WAIT 2-4 HOURS FOR A LUBE WITH 1 OR 2 LUBE BAYS OPEN AND THREE SO CALLED MECHANICS STANDING AROUND DOING NOTHING.
Like the Petro in Colby Kansas when there are no one in line and three mechanics standing around and they say they cannot do a lube. Is there a manager at this location. Also, they will not let you talk to the shop when you call at the Colby Kansas location.
ONE OF THE WORST IS THE TA IN COMMERCE CITY COLORADO. THEY REALLY DO NOT KNOW THEIR TOP FROM THEIR BOTTOM.
And after spending thousands of dollars a week to buy outrageous priced fuel, some idiots will even charge for a shower. Recently I went to a Petro in Ok City and waited for 4 hours for a grease job and only two people being worked on. It took over an hour for the service writer input truck inspection data which I thought was the job of the mechanic before delivering the ticket to the counter. This while 6 mechanics were milling around waiting for some work to do but two lube stalls were being held up with lethargic and unsupervised mechanics who did not care about the waiting truck drivers who only get paid when they are driving, not waiting hours for a simple grease job.
On over 6 occasions, I went to Petro in Oak Grove Mo and tried to get a lube in the winter and there were several workers standing around and only two bays being worked and the desk clerk stated it would be 3 hours or more for a lube and they said it as if, screw you driver.
IN Meridian, Ms, STACY MORGAN IN THE SERVICE DEPT REFUSED TO WARRANT OR REWORK A BOTCHED JOB ON A FLEX PIPE BUT MC CALLA FIXED IT CORRECTLY. STACY IS A JOKE OF A HUMAN BEING, A MALCONTENT, A REAL TRUCK HATER.
So, I use my electric grease gun and it takes me 25 minutes to grease the truck and trailer which I will be doing more of from now on.
It is an insult that you give 1 penny to every gallon of fuel purchased on my card which I have never used and 6 cents for cash. Unbelievable and tacky. And then you do not take debit cards or give cash back like 99 % of all businesses in America if not the world. Hatred, hatred, Hatred.
I started changing my oil my self over two years ago and buy only synthetic for $250 a change and the filters including air are all three less than $50 and I do not pay for the huge bonuses to whoever with that 6% shop supply rip off. You have to be kidding me. I have never met a truck driver that does not think you are 100% crooks.
You should be condemned to eating in your grub holes. This is not food it is NOT EVEN PIGFOOD.
There is one TA that has a real professional kitchen staff. They serve fresh food, well prepared, clean display and they keep it clean and fresh all the time. It is one of the best buffets I have been to in a long time. I was there over two years ago but do not go to AZ any more. It is the TA way west from Phoenix, Ax on I-10 5 miles before the nuclear power plant. The biscuits are fresh and the bechamel is not dried and lumpy on top. The hash browns look and taste fresh cut. The cook or chef also prepares a green chili breakfast burrito which is outstanding. That is the only truck stop I will eat in.
I can’t tell you all the things I have experienced with disgust at truck stops but I will tell you that it is an insult to purchase $600 or $700 in fuel at the over price and than not even get a cup of coffee. Coffee which most smaller truck stops offer with a smile and a sincere thanks.
There is no doubt that you do not know how to run a truck stop, hire competent managers or technicians, or treat a large customer base, the truck driver.
A real example of a really incompetant, unfeeling, inconsiderate, truck hater is t the Petro in Oak Grove, Mo. They stalk the area looking for truck drivers to harass and DOUBLE CHARGE FUEL.
But one of the worst food I have looked at is the TA in Oakley, Ks. Wow, was a hog pen of garbage being put out for $12.00. Have they ever been to Golden Coral? Their taffy is a year old and hard and their clerks are cavewomen personalities. Real B---hes.. And mgmt states that they only make 6 cents a gallon on fuel. Well, stupid, how does QT, Mr Fuel, Walmarts and others sell deisal fuel for 30 cents a gallon less than you? And how do you sell to large trucking cos for 30 cents a gallon less? What, no answer idiots. And these low lifes even will not provide showers to truck drivers.
And please do not say that you are trying to make a profit. How is it that Walmart can sell almost anything at half the price that you charge or less and Walmart posts Billions of profit.
And Walmart makes huge profits even with low prices and a very high theft rate.

Your most cherished operating procedure is finding ways to say no and making life harder for a truck driver who is living below the poverty line at 30 cents a mile.
